Description | Project Descriptions: Separate sealed Bids are requested for the PSD New Operations Center. Work includes new 2 story building with 30,000 sf lower- level warehousing/storage space and 10,000 sf upper-level administrative offices. Project includes related site development and utility work. Work is intended to be bid as the following Prime Contracts: BP-01: Earthwork & Sitework BP-02: Concrete BP-03: Masonry BP-04: Structural Steel BP-05: Miscellaneous Metals BP-06: Food Service Equipment BP-07: Metal Studs/Drywall/Exterior Cladding/Ceilings/Specialties BP-08: Roofing BP-09: Ceramic/Paver Tile BP-10: Flooring & Carpeting BP-11: Painting BP-12: Casework & Millwork BP-13: Curtainwall/Storefront/Interior Glazing BP-14: HVAC / Mechanical BP-15: Plumbing BP-16: Fire Protection BP-17: Electrical/Communications/Safety & Security BP-18: Landscaping Bidding Documents will be available Monday, March 13, 2023, at 1:00 pm. Each of the Bids must be accompanied by those Documents and materials described in the Proposal Checklist provided in the Project Manual. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, money order or cashier s good faith check payable to the Order of Parkland School District or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non- Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents. Bidders on this Work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Upon receipt and opening of the bids, the School District reserves the right to hold the Bids for up to a period of sixty (60) days thereafter before making the Award. School District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, with or without cause, or to waive or permit cure of any minor deficiency or irregularity in accordance with Pennsylvania law. |
