Description

Johnson County Community College (the "College") is soliciting bids to establish an annual contract for complete Chiller maintenance and support services as described in the specifications. This contract shall be for the period of up to five (5) years, to be implemented in one year increments and renewed on an annual basis upon the concurrence of both parties. In general, this maintenance and support contract will include the compressor, compressor motor, purge gear, controls on the machine, refrigerant, lubrication and starter. SERVICE TECHNICIANS MUST HAVE MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE SERVICING TRANE CVHF CENTRIFUGAL CHILLERS.
