| Description | Contractor shall provide a repair plan based on-site evaluation, current codes, and best practices, including ACI 562 and ACI 318, as appropriate before any repairs are made. It is expected that the Contractor shall perform concrete repairs using concrete, concrete anchors, rebar, grout, and/or epoxy, followed by an application of a protective coating on the entire wall.Repairs are not limited to the visible delaminated areas. Additional areas of delamination may be discovered by hammer testing during the demolition process. Contractor shall budget and bid for an additional 200 sq ft of repair in addition to the previously exposed sections |
