Description

Immediately North of the City Municipal Building. The size of the site is approximately the following: New Park = 1.67 Acres Three Lot Subdivision = 0.63 Acres Total Site = 2.3 Acres The following construction items are mandatory to be installed: Installation of all utilities. Construction of all parking facilities along with grading, curb & gutter, all sidewalks, all asphalt paving, dumpster facilities and associate items. All landscaping improvements, grading, sprinkler system, topsoil & sod, perimeter fencing, trees and shrubs and associate items. All other construction items are at the discretion and order of placement in the park per the Contractor and his budget/bid.
