Description

This request for qualifications is not an offer to contract but seeks the submission of qualifications from qualified, professional respondents that may form the basis for the negotiation of an agreement. The Awarding Authority/Owner reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications and to solicit additional qualifications, through the RFQ process, if that is determined to be in the best interests of the State of Alabama. The services will cover various renovations, repairs, remodeling, and new construction projects at correctional facilities throughout the state of Alabama. The projects will vary in size, complexity, and duration. The maximum estimated construction budget for each Open-End Agreement is $12,000,000. The term of the agreement will be for two (2) years with an option to renew for two (2) additional years. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
