Pike Brook Sewer Lateral Rehabilitation Project

The Township of Montgomery will not be responsible for any prospective bidder not receiving the correct or updated information. The Township of Montgomery is accepting bids for the Pike Brook Sewer Lateral Rehabilitation project which includes cured-in-place lateral liners (extended 4 ft into laterals) within existing sewer pipes along portions of Ketcham Road, Koren Ln, Matthews Farm Rd, Hastings Rd, Kent Pl, and Sussex Pl. Approximate Major Pay Items Include: Cured-in-place lateral pipelining 59 EA. There are specific experience requirements for this project. Bidder shall have substantial verifiable and recent experience in the successful completion of work involving sewer rehabilitation projects in order to be considered a responsible bidder for this project. See additional qualifications requirements at Specification Section 02768-1.4. The prospective bidder shall provide an email address which permits delivery certification and the requester shall confirm receipt of the bid documents in writing. Please be advised that prior to contract award, the successful bidder shall be required to provide certification that they are not engaged in prohibited activities in Russia or Belarus pursuant to P.L. 2022, c.3. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. Any proposal that does not contain all of the mandatory required items pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.2 shall be deemed to have a fatal defect and shall render the proposal unresponsive.
