The successful Bidder is required to furnish the City with a surety bond executed by a surety company Project completion shall be no later than 45 working days from the date of the Notice to Proceed authorized to do business in the State of California, and approved by the City of Imperial Beach, in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract price, conditioned for the faithful performance, delivery and installation of said contract.
