Public Works Building Painting Improvements

The work includes protecting all adjacent surfaces and areas (both on the interior and exterior), all surface preparation, including proper handling and disposal of any necessary materials, performing minor repairs, and painting the interior and exterior of the building, including, but not limited to, the following: Interior Painting (Warehouse Walls Only) • Provide scissor and boom lifts to access the work areas • Prime the exposed concrete and masonry walls • Top coat the walls Exterior Painting • Pressure wash and hand tool scrape to remove loose paint and surface contaminates • Prime exposed precast panels • Top coat the exposed concrete precast panels • Paint hollow metal doors and frames • Paint bollards safety yellow • Paint overhead doors
