Construction of HUD- Funded Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk Union and East Brundage Area

The City of Bakersfield is requesting bids from experienced and reputable contractors for providing a Contract for Construction of HUD-funded Curb, Gutter & Sidewalk/Union & East Brundage Area. Award, if any, resulting from this Invitation to Bid shall be for a one (1) year period. A sample contract is available for download under the "Documents" tab. Please review it carefully. This is the contract the successful Bidder is expected to execute without alteration. If any changes are desired, they must be submitted to the City for approval prior to bid opening. If approved, the changes will be made public for all prospective bidders. Bidder shall not be allowed to alter or negotiate contract language after the acceptance of Bidder's proposal. Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
