| Description | The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of new surface parking lot at the Danny Jackson Health Center in according to the specifications. The scope of work for this project includes new paving, striping and curbs for a parking lot, chain link fencing around the perimeter of the parking lot and detention pond, a new conduit and circuit connection to the existing building for site lighting, site lighting, gate arms to control site access, a new concrete walkway connecting the new parking lot to the existing facility, a new curb ramp and striping for additional accessible spaces at the existing building, site landscaping and revegetation, and a proposed detention pond with restrictor structure and outfall pipe. | ||||
