Description

Demolition of existing swim center building, equipment and parking area. Add foundation to increase building footprint. New PEMB with insulated metal panels over existing swimming pool. New load bearing CMU restrooms and locker room areas outside of PEMB. Provide new pool equipment, resurface existing pool and pool deck. Provide new parking lot and access.
