| Description | Construction of concrete Exercise Pad and Walking trail with fence enclosure. The project is split into two sections and may be awarded separately. Bidders may bid Section A, Section B, or Section A and B. The work under each section may be awarded, separately, as a single contract to the lowest responsible bidder for the section. If the lowest bidder for Section A & B is the same, all work will be awarded as a single contract. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract within ten (10) days of the date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and to fully complete the project within 45 consecutive calendar days thereafter. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $500 for each consecutive calendar day. |
