Interior Renovations at Summers County Middle School

Scope of Work: — Remove existing Acoustical Ceiling tile/grid and store for reassembly in new office space. — Metal stud framing for 8 offices per drawing. — Insulate all walls and ceiling. — Hang & finish drywall as per drawing. — Install solid wood doors and hardware at all office suites. — Install vinyl baseboard as required. — HVAC – Modify existing ductwork and install a single diffuser in each office. — Electrical – remove existing wiring in satellite panel and install new wire from main Distribution Panel to Satellite Panel to meet code requirements. — Electrical – Install phone/data ports in each office. Wire to be installed by others. — Electrical – Install four receptacles in each office. — Electrical – Install total of (30) 2×4 LED Lay-in Lights. Distribution based on square footage of office. — Electrical – Install (6) Emergency/Exit Lights & (3) Remote heads.
