Description | 1.Remove/dispose 3,180 sq. ft. existing carpeting and 112 sq. ft. of tile in banquet room and remove 1,200 sq. ft. wooden flooring in restaurant seating area and bar area. • Dispose of all removed items in an approved landfill dumpster provided by contractor. • Clean and prep all flooring substrate to be level and free of cracks, voids, dips, and low areas. Concrete surfacing shall be brought level with new concrete topping before installation of LVT planks. • Remove existing adhesive and check for level and moisture. • Removal of 160’ baseboard located inside the restaurant and bar area only. 2.Supply and install 4,350’ of new LVT plank flooring to substrate. (Color selected upon award). • LVT loose lay/glue down, 5mm thickness,20-22 mill wear thickness, 6” X 48” and 100% fiberglass reinforced recycled PVC construction • City will make selection of the LVT tile as determined in the best interest of the City • Supply and install reducer strip 2” wide 3.Replacement of 160’ baseboard to match existing baseboard. • Prime/paint and install new 6 ½ inch baseboard to match existing baseboard located inside the restaurant and bar area. |
