Community Development Demolition - 1106 Corby Street

Pursuant to an agreement (including all amendments and exhibits referred to or attached to such agreement, hereinafter, in this Exhibit, collectively, the Agreement) to demolish a house structure, and perform other services as described herein on property located at 1106 Corby St, St. Joseph, MO 64501 (hereinafter, in this Exhibit, the Property), the party contracting with the City to perform all demolition, work, and other services (hereinafter, in this exhibit, the Contractor) for the City of St. Joseph (hereinafter, in this exhibit, the City) Any questions concerning these specifications, please contact Aaron Adrian 816-271-4633 If you have any questions concerning submission of a bid or the specifications, please contact the Purchasing Department at (816) 271-5330. A 5% Bid Bond, which may be held by the City for up to 60 days, must accompany the bid in the form of Cashiers Check, Money Order or Bid Bond Form. No personal checks or cash will be accepted.
