Z1da--635-22-148 Correct Research Ventilation System (Va-21-00026378)

Remove and replace four existing exhaust fan units and to supply and install 4 factory roof curbs for mounting the new exhaust fan units safely and securely to the Research Facility Roof. Contractor shall also be required to modify the two existing stainless steel plenums by removing two existing plenum dampers from each of the two existing stainless steel plenums located between exhaust fan units 1A and 1B on the North end and exhaust fan units 2A and 2B on the South end of the Research Facility roof. Contractor shall be responsible for identifying and replacing all equipment, parts and labor required to correct the Research Facility Ventilation System. The medical center requires a Contractor to furnish all labor and materials needed to completely prepare the site for building operations, including all demolition, removal, and installation
