Description

The maintenance contract work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide year-round maintenance service for the Borough's Waterfront Park including lawn mowing, turf fertilization, tree & shrub care, planting bed mulching. The Contractor is required to submit a proposal for a consecutive twelve (12) month period, with an option to renew for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods (2021 & 2022). The basis of award for this contract shall be for the total price bid in the Proposal for the first twelve (12) month period.
