South 3rd Street Utility and Street Improvements

The Project consists of constructing the following: Furnish and Install approximately 1,520 LF of 10” Gravity Sewer pipe, manholes along with associated materials for service connections. Approximately 3 blocks of street reconstruction and surface restoration consisting of approximately 3,100 Ton of gravel base course and approximately 1,000 Ton of Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement and approximately 5,700 SY of Geosynthetic Geogrid. Pour approximately 3,100 LF of concrete curb and gutter along with concrete driveway approaches. Furnish and Install 3 Fire Hydrants and associated materials for service connections Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive bid alternates items as indicated in the Bid Form.
