Description

Work involves the preventive maintenance and service support for the automatic watering system that is located in Buildings E2100 and E2101: - contractor shall conduct one preventive maintenance visit within 90 days of contract award for the automatic watering systems, model 8550 - contractor will provide technicians who have received documented training by the Vendor to service the watering system to include the watering control panels, pressure reducing stations, and room distribution systems. The technicians must be trained and certified by the Vendor to conduct maintenance, service, and provide overview to USAPHC staff on the equipment. Technicians must have experience servicing the type of Automatic Watering System currently in use at APHC or be directly supervised by someone with experience.
