For 1215 McCormick Road Farmhouse Demolition For the Demolition and Removal of Property to be Offered by Upper Allen Township For the abatement of asbestos, demolition and disposal of a two-story residential structure, carriage house, inground pool and small living quarters located upon the Township's property at the address of 1215 McCormick Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 The award of the contract of sale shall be made by public announcement at a regular or special meeting of the Board of Commissioners. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Upper Allen Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Upper Allen Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, as the Board of Commissioners deem to be in the best interest of the Township. Upper Allen Township reserves the right to waive any defects or irregularities in the bids.
