Description

Construction of approximately 2,400 SY of asphalt driveway and parking lot, 1,080 LF of concrete curb & gutter, 3,700 SY of asphalt recreational trail, 450 LF water main extension, 280 SY of concrete sidewalk, 850 LF of subdrain, stormwater control structure, 45 SQ of sodding, 3.3 acres of hydraulic seeding, tree plantings, landscape area, and the installation of playground equipment & tile surfacing. The bid project will include alternative bids for the installation of a Vortex splash pad including concrete sidewalk, electric service, water service and drain; 1,100 SY concrete trail extension along Fitzroy Road; and 100 LF storm drain extension to Fitzroy Road.
