Replace existing natural draft type heating boiler with two (2) high efficiency, near condensing modular boilers New hot water piping will manifold the two (2) boilers and connect the hot water return main Existing flue exhaust system and stack to roof will be upgraded to a Category IV rated system and dampers added for integration into a new automatic draft control system Gas piping to be reworked to supply of two (2) boilers, along with the extension of the emergency boiler shutdown controls
