Wastewater Treatment Plant Pole Building

Work includes the design, permitting, and construction of a 40'x80' pole building at the Wastewater Treatment Plant site. The building shall include a concrete floor, a concrete apron in the front, a 10'x10' room, a 20'x20' loft area, three (3) garage doors, one (l) exterior door, one (l) interior door, and all other appurtenances required to provide a complete building. The bidder shall provide site work as needed to remove topsoil, compact subgrade, and pour the concrete slab. This work shall be the base bid. Bidder will be given the opportunity to provide a separate price for the installation of electrical work in the building.
