| Description | Install new exterior drip flashing over the connecting corridor windows. Pressure wash the exterior brick at the connectors in the area of work, wire brush the exterior of the hollow metal frames and exposed lintel plates, clean, caulk, prime, and paint the existing hollow metal window frames and lintels where shown on the drawings. Remove the existing window glass and reglaze with new tempered low e insulating glass. Clean, prepare, prime, and paint the existing interior masonry and plaster wall surfaces in the connecting corridors at the areas of work. Add alternates will be accepted where shown on the drawings to clean, paint, and reglaze windows at other areas on campus. |
