| Description | Multnomah County Transportation is seeking proposals for various professional engineering services on an as-needed basis. These as-needed services are referred to as on-call services. It is also expected that other County Departments will use these contracts on a limited basis as approved by the County Engineer. Multnomah County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if not in compliance with the Request for Proposals (RFP) procedures and requirements and to reject any or all proposals or to cancel the Sourcing Event if Multnomah County finds it is in the public interest to do so. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
