1860 Blake Street Fayetteville, Nc 28301 I. Steps & Wood Decks Remove & dispose of both existing wood steps located at rear doors of home. Using lumber 5/4" thick for deck flooring & steps (or thicker) & lumber 2" x 8" for joists, construct 8’ x 10’ wood deck with steps at sliding rear doors. Using lumber 5/4” thick for deck flooring & steps (or thicker) & lumber 2” x 8” for joists, construct 4’ x 4’ wood deck with steps at single rear door. II. Flooring - Kitchen remove vinyl floor covering & damaged sub-flooring as needed. Replace damaged sub-flooring & other flooring components as needed. Install new vinyl floor covering. Laundry room remove vinyl floor covering & damaged sub-flooring as needed. Replace damaged sub-flooring & other flooring components as needed. Install new vinyl floor covering. Hall bathroom remove vinyl floor covering & damaged sub-flooring as needed. Replace damaged sub-flooring & other flooring components as needed. Install new vinyl floor covering III. Exterior Sliding Doors - Remove existing sliding doors at rear of home. Replace with new sliding doors to include new hardware & lock IV. Interior Walls & Doors - Middle bedroom remove existing entry door for middle bedroom. Replace with new door to include new hardware & door knob. Adjust closet door & replace door knob & hardware as needed. Replace damaged wall panels as needed. Professionally prepare & paint all walls & ceiling to include closet. Patch walls & properly secure electrical receptacles. Hall bathroom replace damaged wall panels as needed. Properly secure tub surround wall panels as needed. Professionally prepare & paint all walls & ceiling to include closet. Other professionally patch hole located at center wall between hallway & living room. Professionally prepare & paint wall opening between hallway & living room.
