Notice to Proceed will be issued within 30 days following receipt of acceptable performance and payment bonds with the construction activities to begin no earlier than April 24, 2023. STATEMENT OF WORK Sealed bids from certified Small Business Concerns only will be accepted for the Blue Ridge Parkway, Project NP-BLRI PVT PRES FY22(1), Solicitation Number 693C73-23-B-000003, located in Buncombe, Swain, Jackson, Transylvania, Henderson, and Haywood Counties, North Carolina. The project consists of thin lift asphalt overlay of roadways, overlooks, and parking areas along the Blue Ridge Parkway from MP 394.67 to MP 469.50. The work includes asphalt patching, crack cleaning and sealing, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous work. The project will be split into multiple work schedules/contract options, with the cost of the entire project expected to fall within the price range of $2,000,000 to $5,000,000.
