HVAC Preventive Maintenance and On-Call Services Period of Contract: From date of award through one year, with four (4), one (1) year renewal options All inquiries should be directed to: Randy Hart randy.hart@dmv.virginia.gov The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with one qualified source for preventive maintenance services for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) equipment at a firm fixed price and an on-call repair service on a time and materials basis for the DMV Charlottesville Customer Service Center. Service Area:Statewide A site visit is optional prior to submitting your bid. However, bidders should inspect the site where work is to be performed to view the equipment and area(s) work is to be performed in. All job site inspections must be scheduled at a time convenient for the DMV.
