| Description | The scope of work consists of localized repairs to various sections of roof area and masonry walls at various schools located in the Scarsdale UFSD. The schools have different types of exising roofing systems, including hot asphalt built up roofing in conventional and IRMA configurations, EPDM roofing in fully adhered and IRMA configurations, slate and standing and flat seam metal roofs. Separate bids are requested for each school. This bid also includes an Alternative item: wire bursh, scrape, prime and paint the steel dunnage and screen wall around the cooling tower on the HS Science Wing Roof. Unit pricing is also requested for various items. |
