Varying width concrete walkways, site furnishings including (outdoor game tables, picnic tables, benches, drinking fountain, trash receptacles), 5,500 sf. playground area including fibar and poured in place surfacing, 2,800 sf. Concrete water play area, 3,000 sf. performance pavilion including restrooms, entry gateway structure; ADA signage, planting and irrigation improvements, pedestrian and feature lighting, and other miscellaneous park features. Site demolition includes 360 linear ft. of chainlink fence, two large existing trees, and fine site grading.
