| Description | Project includes the following at the Sussex County Courthouse in Georgetown, Delaware: removal of 4,800 SF +/- of existing adhered EPDM roof system, in its entirety, down to the existing metal deck. Furnish and install a new, cold applied, 2 ply, SBS modified bituminous membrane roof system complete including isocyanurate insulation, cover board and granular cap sheet. Provide new metal copings and other formed metal components including certain gutters and downspouts where indicated. | ||
