| Description | The service shall include the following: 1. Test full operation of heating and hot water equipment, including testing the controls and boiler firing sequence. 2. Test all safeties as required under ASME VI Recommended Rules for the Care and Operation of Heating Boilers. 3. Test all equipment and control systems per N.J.A.C. 12:90 4. Service contractor shall conduct startup and testing as follows: See Specifications 5. Boiler parts and instrumentation shall be replaced with OEM parts unless approved otherwise by the HA. 6. All work shall be performed in strict adherence to the Codes and Standards adopted in the rules and regulations N.J.A.C. 12:90. |
