RFQ - Window Replacement Albany County Residency

CR Number: 2098869 The New York State Department of Transportation is requesting pricing quotes via REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS RQ23-001 for Window Replacement Albany County Residency. The Department intends to advance this purchase pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law section 163(6), which authorizes purchases without a formal competitive process in certain circumstances, including purchases from New York State small businesses, from businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law and/or Article 17-B of the New York State Executive Law (service-disabled veteran-owned business enterprises), and, if applicable, from businesses selling commodities or technology that are recycled or remanufactured. NYSDOT is requesting bids for the installation of window replacements at the 16 Maple Rd. location. We are looking for the following or equal product by one of the listed manufacturers: 5- 7'0"x11'0" Kawneer Trifab 451T 2"x4 1/2" center glazed aluminum storefront windows. Each to have 3 Kawneer 8225TL project out windows with standard hardware and screens, 15 vents total. Finish is Dark bronze and 1" insulated SN68 Low E Tempered glass with bronze grids between lites. 1- 4'0"x11'0" opening Kawneer Trifab 451T 2"x4-1/2"center glazed aluminum storefront window with one (1) Kawneer 82225TL project out window with standard hardware and screen Dark bronze anodized Glass 1" insulated SN68 Low E tempered glass with bronze grids between lites. Bids submitted shall remain in effect for a period of sixty (60) days. Bids shall remain in effect beyond such period until such time as either an award is made, or the bidder delivers written notice of withdrawal of its bid to the Purchasing Office.
