Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Rock Island District has requirement for a new (not used) Industrial Marine Grade Generator set in support of the Illinois Waterway Project Office. The existing generator set is the primary power source for operating the Hercules crane barge and it is near the end of its operating lifecycle. Upon installing the new generator set by US Army Corps personnel, the contractor shall verify and connect all in-place electrical connections to, therefore, then provide commissioning and operational checks to ensure proper function and warranty requirements are met in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
