Description

The work to be performed under this contract shall include but is not limited to: 1. Abatement of asbestos containing materials described in attached survey report. 2. Demolition of structure, removal of contents and debris. Included utility disconnects, backfill, and general site cleanup. 3. Grading and seeding the restored area with grass. 4. Removal, cleaning and disposal of two (2) 275-gallon steel heating oil above ground storage tanks. 5. Abandonment of one (1) 595 foot deep potable well and one (1) shallow hand dug well
