Description

The Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum of Norwalk, Inc. (LMMM) is seeking a qualified Construction Manager, with experience using the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, to provide Pre-Construction Services and Construction Services for a Multi-phased up-grades to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems throughout designated National Historic Landmarked The Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum. For this RFQ/P process, the City of Norwalk is hereby providing administrative assistance in meeting the requirements of City and State purchasing guidelines. Upon selection of the most qualified Construction Manager, the CM will be required to execute a CM At-Risk contract with LMMM. LMMM is a non-profit entity and funds for this project have been made available from both the City of Norwalk and the State of Connecticut through DECD/SHPO. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
