Description

Qualified General Contractors are invited to bid on the construction of a 5-bay Vehicle Storage Facility (VSF) with Sand shed in Estes Park. The new 6,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) shall have five (5) 20-foot x 50-foot vehicle storage bays, two of which are wash bays. In addition, there is a 1,000 square foot administrative bay for a staff office area with restrooms. The Sand Shed will be a 4,000 square foot 50’ x 80’ PEMB building that sits on 10-foot-high concrete stem walls. Both buildings shall have shed-style roofs as shown on the drawings and canopies over the man doors.
