Bidders Shall Be Prequalified By The New Jersey Division Property Management And Construction In The Required Trade Categories. All bids must be submitted to the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey in a sealed envelope, marked "SEALED BID #ESCNJ 23/24-09" on the front of the envelope/package. Respondents should be able to provide products and services to ESCNJ Co-op members throughout the State of New Jersey or within specific counties within New Jersey. Our Co-op currently has over 1,475+ members located throughout the State. The ESCNJ wants to assure the safety of all. E-mail your request to coop@ESCNJ.us. The Educational Services Commission of New Jersey reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bids, and to accept the bids which, in its discretion, within State law, are for the best interest of the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the deadline. No bids shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement. (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(b)). The duration of the bid will be for 24 months with an option to extend in accordance with New Jersey law (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-42) when in agreement to do so by both the awarded vendor and the ESCNJ.
