UNM Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) is working with UNM Maxwell Museum of Anthropology leadership and curatorial staff to renovate the existing Ancestor's Gallery Permanent Exhibition housed in Building 11 on UNM's main campus. The existing gallery is approximately 1000 sf and the proposed new gallery space is approximately 1500 sf. The Project includes the design and renovation of the existing, occupied indoor museum gallery space and must meet or exceed UNM and State requirements for best practices in construction, accessibility and sustainability. This amount includes NMGRT, contingency, and escalation. The MACC includes the cost of demolition, abatement and testing of hazardous materials.
