Description

The contractor shall restore existing wood windows, metal louvers, existing wood portico, repair and repaint existing stucco and replace exterior doors per the drawings and contract specifications. If there are enough funds it is the Government s intent to have the contractor repair some areas of the existing slate roof, provide a new ice and water shield and flashing. Provide a new wood door and frame under the new portico.
