Urgent Needs Stream, Stormwater, and Drainage Maintenance and Repair Project

This Contract Include but Are Not Limited to: Construction Services for Routine Maintenance and Repairs of Environmental Restoration Projects and Stormwater Management Best Management Practices Including Existing Natural Stream Channel Restoration Projects, Outfall Repairs, Stormwater Management Ponds, Environmental Site Design, and Emergency Repairs of Storm Drains and Ancillary Sewer and Waterline Repair. On-call Services May Include but May Not Be Limited to Excavating, Grading, Site Work, as-built Survey, Repair, Trash, and Debris Removal, Installation of Sediment and Erosion Control Measures, Landscaping, Wetlands, Seeding, Invasive Vegetation Management, and Other Work as Required. The Prequalification Category Required for Bidding on This Project is D02800-landscaping, F02200-earthwork and Site Preparation, and G90128-urban Stream Restoration. Cost Qualification Range for This Work Shall Be $4,000,000.01 to $5,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
