Description

2020 Bituminous Seal Coat Project, which includes the application of a single bituminous seal coat, polymer modified on various roads in Harborcreek, Greene, Venango, McKean, Waterford, Amity and Wayne Townships and Edinboro and Girard Boroughs. The bituminous seal coat must be completed in a single pass (full width) without a longitudinal joint or seam. Prices for the application of a bituminous surface treatment and a modified double seal coat for certain municipalities is also solicited.
