| Description | The Work consists of the following tasks, as depicted in the Specifications. 1. Provide all necessary emergency repairs, miscellaneous plumbing repairs, hot water heaters, boilers, and furnances including, but not limited to, installation, piping, brackets, coils, fasteners, fitting, etc. as directed by the Housing Authority. 2. Obtain all necessary permits and coordinate and orchestrate appropriate notices, as may be required. 3. Dispose legally offsite all excess materials. 4. All work shall be conducted hourly and follow the prevailing rates and regulations of the Davis Bacon Act. 5. Delivery and installation of hot water heaters, boilers, and furnances must be completed within 24hrs of notice. |
