| Description | Re roof portable classroom units. Removing old roofing down to the decking and replace any and all damaged decking /rafter tails, replace decking to current Florida Building Codes. Install new flintastic peal and stick base sheet, new 6" eve drip and use asphalt primer on all metal. Install flintastic peal and stick granulated cap sheet. Roll roof with 1001b roller. All flashing to be set around all soil stacks and power poles in modified roofing cement and covering any exposed cement with granular. Remove all trash/debris from the site and clean grounds including sweeping the area for nails with a rolling magnet. The grounds will be returned to original condition. Daily clean-up of site is mandatory and provide manufacture and contractor warrantee upon completion. This work shall be completed by a Florida licensed Roofing Contractor. |
