Description

The New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide BATHROOM RENOVATIONS (NBHA-22-119) in accordance with the contract documents. The work consists of, but is not limited to, bathtub replacement and new tub wall installations at the Shawmut Village and Satellite Village federally funded (HUD) public housing developments in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The work under this contract shall be performed on an as needed basis. The term of the contract is for one year. The NBHA reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
