| Description | The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate and select a vendor that can provide economical pricing for HVAC upgrade service for three (3) Air Handler Units (AHUs) located at Ridenour, 102 Kernan Blvd, Bldg. #1, Jacksonville, FL 32225. Upgrade service include but are not limited to remove existing AHU-1, AHU-2, and AHU-3; install new JEA purchased YORK AHUs; modify piping; modify electrical; provide new duct heaters; install UV lights (shipped loose); provide 120V circuit for the UVs; modify duct work; replace corroded outdoor air duct to AHU-1 and AHU-2; insulate duct work. |
