Description

The scope of work is as follows: Remove at least three of the shrubs (there are five existing) between the two existing palmetto trees. Shift the two palmetto trees approximately 5 feet each so that they will be approximately 15 feet from the new flagpole. Install the new flagpole approximately 4-5 feet from the existing brick wall. There will need to be “pre-excavation” for the foundation to make sure we are not impacting the foundation of the brick wall. There are existing lights and irrigation that are in proximity and will need to be protected. The existing lights appear to be for the palmetto trees and will need to be shifted. Additional lights will be needed for the pole (approximately 7 feet on either side of the pole to light the entire height). Landscaping will be needed to stabilize the existing slope that is currently held in place by the large shrubs that will be removed.
