| Description | The project consists of the following major elements of construction including but not limited: Replacement of the existing roofing system at the Chattanooga Fire Station #21, 7700 E. Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421. The existing roof consists of two flat roof sections; both are approximately 4,200 square feet in area. The new roofing system for the flat roof section shall consist of a new White 0.060" TPO roofing system adhered over the existing substrate, including insulation and coverboard to meet 2012 IBC, plus additional work as specified, including a 20 year NDL warranty. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. The City of Chattanooga is an Equal Opportunity Employer. |
