| Description | Bryan Texas Utilities Work Zone Traffic Control Services Bid must be completed and submitted on the forms found within the Specifications. Incomplete bid forms will invalidate the bid and the bid will be rejected and returned to the bidder upon request. The right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities is hereby reserved by Bryan Texas Utilities. Upon completion of the term of the original contract and upon the mutual agreement of both parties, the original contract may be renewed for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods [five (5) years total]. Contracts are extended upon mutual agreement of both Vendor and the City.
