Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of approximately 6,559 LF of 18" for the Higdon Crossing, Off-Site Sewer Project, SAWS Job No. 22-1693. Electronic bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price. (Or, if providing SAWS with a cashier's check or certified check in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price, SAWS will request this within 24 hours from the apparent low bidder. Sealed bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price. Estimate: 4,290,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. No pre-bid meeting will be required for this project.
